Yes — we sell research-grade materials from Guangzhou Jeep Biotechnology (JEEP) with public, checkable trails. You can verify us on Finnrick (independent vendor rating and test history), run batch numbers through our homepage batch verifier, and open Janoshik links on each product’s Certificate of Analysis section. We also post delivery photos on /trust as they come in.

Yes. Deliveries go out regularly from China and US stock (where listed). Community members often share unbox photos — we’re collecting approved photos on /trust so you don’t have to dig through chat history. If you’re waiting on a specific order, email admin@jeepbiotechx.com with your order number.

Peak promo weeks and China holidays (e.g. CNY) create backlog. We prioritize order issues and payment confirmations first. For fastest help: use admin@jeepbiotechx.com, include your order # / tx id / SKU, and allow a bit of time during high volume. Shipping updates are also covered under Shipping below.

Both show up in any real supply chain. China-origin parcels take longer and hit more variables (carrier, customs, weather, holidays). US stock (when available) is much faster. We publish realistic windows on product and cart pages and would rather under-promise than ghost you. Trackable shipments and COAs are how we keep trust when transit gets noisy.

Each product page lists batch COAs (mass/purity, and endotoxin/sterility when we have them). You can also type a vial batch ID on the homepage Verify any batch tool. Independent Finnrick testing history for JEEP is public on their vendor page; we only highlight passing third-party results on our product cards when we host them.

Yes. On the product page, open the Certificate of Analysis block for your size/warehouse. Each test type that we have on file links out to the lab report (e.g. Janoshik verify URLs). Homepage batch verify does the same for a single batch number.

Read the full card: mass/purity, endotoxin, and sterility are separate tests. We keep official and third-party data transparent so you can decide for your research program. If a batch has a fail on a given assay, it will say so on that report. Questions about a specific batch? Send the batch ID to admin@jeepbiotechx.com.

Janoshik is our primary public mass/purity pipeline for many lots. Finnrick and other independent labs also test JEEP material in the wild — we surface those as a separate lab source when we have files to host. Different labs, same idea: third-party evidence, not vibes.

US stock (marked on the product) is typically days once payment clears. China warehouse is longer — commonly on the order of 1–4 weeks depending on backlog, holidays, and carrier. You’ll get tracking when the label is created; before that, “processing” is normal.

Yes — backlogs clear in waves. If your order is past the window we quoted and you still have no tracking, email us with the order number. Please don’t open five tickets in five channels for the same order; one clear thread is faster.

We focus fulfillment on the corridors we support on the site (see cart/shipping options at checkout). International transit and customs are never guaranteed by any vendor. If a destination isn’t offered at checkout, we can’t promise delivery there.

Customs is outside our control. We ship as research chemicals with proper commercial documentation for the lanes we support. We can’t coach anyone on avoiding or defeating customs — if a parcel is held or returned, contact us with tracking and we’ll work the options that exist for that case.

The shop is the source of truth. If you can add it to cart for your warehouse (China / US), it’s sellable. If it’s gone, it’s gone — we don’t take “maybe” orders on empty bins.

Restocks land when manufacturing + testing + freight clear — not on a fixed retail calendar. Follow the site and newsletter for drops; we avoid fake “tomorrow” dates that slip.

Usually sell-through, hold for testing, or warehouse moves (China vs US). Sometimes a size is retired when a better kit layout replaces it. If you need a specific SKU for an ongoing study, ask us before it sells out.

Active promos show on the site (banners, product labels, or checkout). If it isn’t on the site, it isn’t active. End dates are whatever the site says that day — screenshots from last month don’t count.

When we run them, they’ll be on the Reta (RT) and Tirz (TR) product pages or site-wide promo bar. We don’t honor unofficial codes from chat forwards.

China warehouse: shipping rules and free-shipping threshold are shown in cart/checkout (official list reference: paid shipping and free shipping at the stated order total). US stock may have its own minimum (e.g. multi-unit) — the cart will enforce it.

Checkout only shows methods we currently support. If PayPal isn’t listed, we can’t take it for that order. Crypto and other enabled methods appear at payment time.

Choose the crypto option at checkout and follow the on-screen addresses and amount exactly (wrong network or underpay = delays). After sending, keep the tx id and email it with your order number if the order doesn’t flip status within a reasonable confirmation window.

Usually: wrong asset/network, wrong amount, or still waiting on confirmations. Email admin@jeepbiotechx.com with order #, tx id, amount, and asset. We’ll match it manually when the chain data is clear.

Many labs use sterile filtration as part of their own SOPs when preparing research solutions. Whether it’s “worth it” depends on your protocol and contamination controls — we don’t prescribe a method. We do publish sterility/endotoxin data when tested so your lab can make an informed materials decision.

Keep sealed research materials as labeled, away from heat and moisture, per the product documentation and your lab’s SOP. We don’t provide reconstitution, dosing, or “after mixing” instructions — those fall outside RUO supply and we won’t coach them.

Refer to the lot documentation / COA context and labeled dating when present. If a listing doesn’t show a date, ask support with the batch number before you commit the material to a long study.

Community and third-party testing is common and we support transparency. Official site COAs remain the primary record for batches we list. If you publish a 3P result, include batch ID and lab so others can compare apples to apples.

Sometimes — when the report is clear, batch-matched, and from a recognizable lab. Send the report link or PDF plus batch ID to admin@jeepbiotechx.com. We may host passing independent results alongside Janoshik; we don’t guarantee every community test gets a slot.
